Put Theory into Practice:
Work on tutorial exercises both before and after the teacher reviews the solutions in class.  These exercises will help you apply geotechnical theories to real-world scenarios and understand the challenges in designing and assessing retaining walls.  The course also includes a team assignment to design retaining walls for a typical site formation project in Hong Kong.
