Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

1. Acquire in-depth knowledge of drone technology, encompassing components, various sensors, and flight mechanics, enabling them to make informed decisions in selecting appropriate drone systems for specific applications.

2. Develop proficiency in essential techniques for planning and executing drone missions, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and legal requirements while maximizing data collection efficiency.

3. Enhance their practical skills in employing diverse data acquisition methods, including aerial photography, remote sensing, and LiDAR, enabling them to gather high-quality data that meets the objectives of various projects.

4. Demonstrate the ability to effectively process, analyze, and visualize drone-acquired data using advanced software and techniques, such as photogrammetry and GIS, facilitating insightful decision-making and impactful outcomes in real-world applications.
