This course focuses on process management, aiming to establish a fundamental framework for operations management. Through topics such as operating environments and strategies, capacity planning and adjustment, organizational policy and process analysis, operations planning and its methods, supply chain management and inventory control, as well as lean production and quality management, it constructs a fundamental framework for operations management, helping participants build enterprise operation systems and master relevant decision-making and its methods in operations management.
